Should I ?wait? For My Girlfriend?

She has been on holiday in her home country for like 5 months now and she hasn?t been in touch at all, I have just been in touch with her sister who says there are some family problems back home and she might be another month, there is nothing certain.
What is best approach to take? Should I ?wait? for her or move on?
