That's because a certain celebrity couple just put this 1922 Mediterranean-style residence in Los Feliz, Calif., on the market for $3.395 million.
The pair purchased the place in 2009, right after this particular funnyman kissed the girl and liked it. So much so that he ended up marrying her a year later.
