The Role
We are looking for a graduate who wants to start a career in Sales and Business Development who has the right attitude and personality. ?
Experience of selling isn't required however we'd like to see that spark that suggests you are a people person. ?Great communication skills are a must, with a can do positive attitude.?
Success in this role will lead to a permanent position and commission can be paid.
The role will focus on selling IT Training courses to UK based corporates.? Activity will involve calling from a contact list,? converting incoming enquiries from the phone and web, and building up a network of resellers.? All media should be used e.g. twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telephone.?? Reporting to the Sales Director this role will be very hands on and bonuses will be paid when hitting targets.? The initial focus will be on a limited number of training courses so product training will be provided.

- Have a Positive sales approach - not pushy but good at building relationships.?
- Be a highly motivated individual with a positive and can-do attitude.?
- Be Good at relating to people and being able to communicate effectively.?
- Be open-minded and willing to learn new things.
