Job Description:

You will work with one of our top performing consultants in our dynamic New York office on Park Avenue. You will become a specialist in the high profile commodity trading markets, placing risk management talent across North America. Your role will be focused on the delivery of search mandates along with your senior consultant. You will be taught the core Required Skills: and resourcing techniques that set Commodity Search Partners above the competition. Mastering these Required Skills: and techniques will allow you to transition into a lucrative consultant position where you will carve out your own niche market.

Job Duties:

? Market mapping; Creating your own network of candidates using key search techniques. We use creative approaches to map markets and provide our clients with complete coverage of the market.
? Headhunting; working through recommendation and referral through our senior network, you will be building relationships with senior individuals on a daily basis
? Research; you will become an expert in your field through detailed research in your specialist area, researching your clients and candidates and keeping up to date with market knowledge
? Interviewing; you will be required to interview candidates, both on the phone and face to face prior to their introductions to your clients. You will also help to guide clients through interviews and prepare both sides accordingly
? Presentation of candidate to client; you will be professionally presenting your candidates to your senior network, exploring opportunities on their behalf and arranging introductions
? Candidate management; you will manage your candidates from the first research call through to placement and beyond

Required Skills:

? 3.5 GPA, in any discipline from a top University.
? Demonstrable record of achieving targets
